One of LARUG's Leadership Consortium (Leather Jackets to follow?) has an article out on DesignIntelligence (@dinet) and if you are implementing BIM or any other process and/or process change this article will surely give food for thought... and a bunch of...well read it for yourself!!! Uhhh that's me BTW : )
